So I'm building a testing demo of Jira service desk and insight for our company. When there is new support ticket opened from the portal there is Insight field "customer" and "machine".
Now both of the fields show every "object" available, but I would like to filter it down so that the Customer field shows all customer objects, but the machine field would show only machines under the previously selected customer.
To Answer my my self - I had wrong custom field type selected - thats why the instructions did not fit ( https://documentation.riada.se/display/ICV49/Insight+Referenced+Custom+Field )
What I had selected was "Insight Object (single select)" when what I should have selected was "Insight Referenced Object (single select)"
