These traces are not created by the plugin. They are Universal Plugin Manager notifications.
Maybe you check the "propertyentry" table in the Jira database server with the query:
SELECT * from propertyentry WHERE property_key like '%notifications%' and property_key
We don't have the control of these notifications and we aren't sure of which is the best way to remove them.
