How to associated tracked time with tickets

Hello, We're considering using joggler in conjunction with the Toggl desktop app to track our time. All of our time needs to be associated with a ticket. Is the list of tickets available within the toggl desktop app? Or how does a user associate their tracked time with a particular ticket? Do they have to know the ticket number in advance by finding it in JIRA first, or is there a lookup method that connects the toggl app to the JIRA ticket list?

Hi Erich

Joggler is not associated with the toggl desktop app. The toggl desktop app does not know anything about JIRA. You have to either start/stop the tracker from within the JIRA ticket with the start/stop toggl button provided by joggler. Or, if you want to start with the desktop app, add the JIRA issue key to the time entry description. This way joggler can map the toggl time entry to the JIRA issue.
