We're testing the trial license now. Seems to be a hard limit ( 0-9 ) on list items. Looking to integrate more process steps per issue into a fairly complex workflow.

There are no hard limits. When you enter an item, make sure to press on enter so that it is registered and then click on the "check" button to save the Checklist. Otherwise, the items might not be properly saved thus giving the impression of the limit.
