How do you update an issue from a field on a ticket in another project?

Example:

For my action I want to be able to update my issue, edit the description field, of my ISSUE-49 and update its description with the description from TEMP-7.

Also is it possible to append the description?

I have search the forum and haven't been able to find an answer.
