How do you get the Zephyr import tool to update test cases and not create a new one?

We are looking at getting Zephyr to use at our company. I've tired using the import tool and everytime I used the Dicriminator: By Testcase name Change. I would get a new test case. I am doing something wrong? Has anyone had issues with this?

Hi Tim,

This is currently expected behavior for the importer. The importer's only function is to bring in new test issues from outside JIRA.

The importer is currently in BETA and open source - feel free to add or have another in your team develope this functionality if it interests you!

Is this still the expected functionality? I have tried to update the test case with Jira native importer and using the Name as identifier for the updated case. This creates a new test with the steps I tried to insert in to the existing test.
