How do we change date format on WBS Gantt-Chart for JIRA?

The current date format in the date columns of WBS Gantt Chart for JIRA looks like YYYY-MM-DD for all the dates. But I want to see the dates as DD-MM-YYYY.

I did not find any option for the changing the date format.

Please advise.

Hi,
I just want to let the community know that this function is available from version 9.7.0.
To edit date format, select Cogwheel Icon at WGC screen > User Preferences > Time and date format in WBS >  check either 'Apply date picker/DateTime picker format from Jira you configured ' or chose ' from the Date options' and select the format from the drop-down list shown on the editing screen. Once you have selected, please click update.
