How do we avoid manually setting up users who authenticate in Toggl via Google Apps?

We have a few users who authenticate to Toggle with Google Apps. Upon first clicking the "Start Time Tracking" button, they're presented with the Toggl password screen, and they don't have a Toggl password. We can manually copy-paste their key in to the add-on admin page, but that's obviously not desirable.

Unfortunatly I do not see an other way then copy-paste the key from toggl to jira. The toggl API does not provide an alterative (there was one, but toggl removed it in the new toggl version).
