As part of the Problem Management process I'm looking to assign people tasks to complete and provide updates on.
Is it possible to do a search of all tickets from all projects that I'm watching so I can set up a quick view to see when each ticket was last updated and, if it hasn't been updated in the agreed time, I can then chase the assignee?
