How do I setup tasks to sum up progress from their subtasks Edited

In WBS Gantt there is this feature that turns every tasks green, if it has at least one subtask. The subtasks gain their progress information directly from JIRAs timetracking. Now my problem is: They do not sum up the progress into the maintask. All the maintasks are fixed at 0% progress. However if I edit any content inside Gantt (like dragging around a task or linking two tasks) the right values show up. They are marked as "changed" in the table on the left, but even if I click save, the values are not stored and the same problem occurs after a pagereload.

I don't want to change anything inside Gantt, just to see the accumulated progress values. How do I fix this?
