How do I send to a webhook to an external system with Automation for JIRA?

I would like to send a webhook to an external system with issue details when stuff happens in JIRA. Can Automation for JIRA do this?

So JIRA actually has the ability to send webhooks already - we think Automation for JIRA's "Send webhook" component is more powerful though.  When combined with various triggers and conditions you have more control over what gets sent and when:

You can send additional headers and the issue contents along with the webhook.
