I am trying to set a read only text field on some service desk customer portal screens based on a drop down selection.
Its a server installation (script runner 5.2.2)
I have tried to set up the example given in the script runner documentation whereby you set the label of the description field based on the priority selected but its not working.
There is a note in the documentation stating that you have to set up a mapping to service desk ( I have mapped to the service desk project) but no instructions on how to do this?
Any help would be appreciated.
