How do I make a report with the number of issues created during a Fix Version in eazyBI?

I want to make an eazyBI report where I list the Fix Versions (in this case the releases) in the rows, and the number of bugs opened during those Fix Versions.

Using this formula, I can get all the issues created in the time period that I want:

Sum(
Filter([Time].[Day].Members,
DateBetween([Time].CurrentMember.StartDate,
[Fix Version].CurrentMember.get('Start date'),
[Fix Version].CurrentMember.get('Release date'))
),
[Measures].[Issues created]
)

The problem is, I do NOT want to filter by the Fix Version value - so I want all issues created during this time regardless of their Fix Version. But with Fix Version in the rows, it gives me issues that were both created within the time period I want AND are assigned to that particular Fix Version.

How can I essentially not filter by the rows (Fix Version) but still use Fix Version in a calculation like this? Or is there a better way to get counts of all issues created within a Fix Version date range?
