How do I install the license?

I'm attempting to install the license for the Aptavist Content Formating Macro addon and for the life of me I can't find anywhere to upload or copy the license file.

The info from the Aptavist site, wasn't useful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using confluence version 5.1.2

Plugin licensing manager fixed the issue....
