How do I include the Summary field in a JQL Search for all repeating Issues of all projects.

Kevin Paulus August 14, 2018

Using JIRA 7.8.0 with the Repeating Issues add-on, a user wants a weekly report of all his issues that are set to repeat to review their statuses(Active, Stopped, Ended, Interrupted, or Failed).  The built-in list does not include the summary field from the issue. but does return all 326 issues.  I have tried a JQL filter using all of the clauses shown at

https://codedoers.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SUPPORT/pages/58720350/Searching+for+issues+with+repeatings

but the JQL will only return 11 or 13 issues.

Hello @Kevin Paulus,

Please check the Repeating Issues add-on 1.0.0 version. We added the summary column to built-in list on add-on administration view. You can also export repeating issues data to CSV file.

To view the same issues in built-in list view and Jira standard navigator just click "Show results in navigator" on built-in list. But remember that Jira standard navigator will not show repeating statuses (Active, Stopped, Ended, Interrupted, or Failed). They ara visible only on built-in list.

If you have more questions or suggestions please submit a support request.

Regards,

Mateusz
