I recently upgraded Confluence from 3.5 to 4.1, and now I can't figure out how the heck to add a new Gliffy diagram.
I used to just go the menu, say Add > Gliffy Diagram, and it would take me into Gliffy.
Now when I do that it takes me into editing the page, and no diagram is created.
The user manual for Gliffy assumes that you're already in the diagram window, and doesn't specify how to get to this step.
What simple thing am I missing here? I'm feeling incredibly frustrated not to be able to do something that was so simple before!
Thank you,
Nikki
I had to restart confluence to get it to work correctly.
Thanks, Peter. It's been so long that I don't recall what I did or if I even managed to fix it at the time, but it appears to be working now, so maybe restarting Confluence at some point did the trick. Cheers.
