How can you set up the permissions to allow the component to work as anonymous

i cant get the watcher field to work in anonymous mode as it needs access to user directory and not sure how to give it access to it.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated

It would not be able to search the user directory but entering the logins in the watcher field should let it work
