How can I transition parent to match subtasks moving through the workflow?

I'm trying to figure out how to do the following via Automation for Jira:

  • If all subtasks have a status of "In QA", then I was to automatically move the parent to match.
  • If just one subtask has a status of "In Progress", then I want to automatically move the parent to match.

We don't need any other subtask transitions to modify the parent via Automation.

Can anyone provide any help on how to do this?

I figured it out.

For the "In Progress" one, I just check to see if the parent is in "To Do" and if the subtask is going to "In Progress" then copy it over.

For  the "In QA" one, I used this setup: https://answers.atlassian.com/download/attachments/45941424/Project%20automation%20-%20Code%20Barrel%20JIRA%202017-01-03%2016-54-19.png?version=1&modificationDate=1483437415452&api=v2
