Perhaps our Agile Cards app might be a better fit for your physical <-> digital board workflows(?). It has a clean and intuitive UI (so much so, that it's sometimes mistaken to be a native option in Jira 🙂 ). i.e. You won't be left searching for the print option.
Mind you, it is a paid app - with a free trial available for 30 days.
