Our team currently puts in time on issues via worklog or tempo. I would like to know how to get a report of average time divided by number of issues. For example, I would like to be able to say that issues with a certain request type take 15 minutes to resolve. This data would be great to be able to determine training opportunities, report on whether we have enought agents, or identify certain issue types that require better workflows to reduce the time taken.
note: i am not looking for the time to resolution SLA
