How can I create a task request form that is not linked to a specific project?

I lead a graphic design team that executes task requests. I would like colleagues to be able to submit a work request to a general, non project specific, inbox without requiring a user license. Is that possible?

Hi @Sara Herbst 

What you ask, can't be done.

You can have a user without license raising requests (customer) but this request must be bound to a specific project.
