Hi, can I use SLA notifier for notify several times before the SLA?

At the moment you can only have one notification.

Multiple notifier option is almost ready. 

TIME to SLA

we are using TIME to SLA Plugin with Jira 7.0.9 & we require to have notification of each Incident ticket to get notified based on the hierarchy  with 25% ,50% , 75% & 90% before SLA Breaches ?

Is there any way to achieve multiple SLA notification before the SLA breach using TTS?

Hi Vijay,

At the moment you can not have several notifications for a single SLA but we have plans to do so.
