Herzum Approval plugin broke my JIra

Hi.

Herzum Approval plugin broke our Jira.

Steps

1. Install plugin

2. Uninstall plugin

Actual result: All transitions are not available on all issues!

Re-Indexation doesn't help.

JIRA transitions work if Herzum plugin installed only. But then a get an error on all issues:

"Error: Error rendering com.herzum.jira.plugin.approval.herzum-approval-plugin:approval-panel. Please contact your JIRA administrators."

Plugin version - 3.4-JIRA-7.0

JIRA version - 7.0.5

Please, follow the steps below:

1.  navigate one of the Administration Panels (https://chicago.herzum.com/confluence/display/HAP/Approval+add-on+Configuration+Overview) AdminPanel.PNG
2. disable the add-on 
   disable.PNG
   
3. unistall the add-on
   unistall.PNG
