HTML5 Hover of Description

Like many others, we are using a Rich-Text-Editor-Plugin (TinyMCE, jEditor, ...).

The Hover does not render the HTML-Markup.

It would be great, if it would.

The tooltips have been improved (so this issue fixed) in the 3.1.2 version

Uh... yes, now it renders... buuuuut: the colors are much too extreme. please make it more like in the screenshot, the border should be thiner... sorry, not beautiful :-/
