Grrovy script help

Hi,

Please let me know the steps to configure a custom workflow post-function with groovy script? I'm having the code but dont know how to add it.. :(

Specifically i'm looking for a post-fucntion which will give issue security based on groups. I got the code from below links,

There is a built-in script for setting issue security - all you need to do is specify the security scheme and level, and under what condition it should be set.
