is possible to configure a custom email based on the value of a custom field but using a standard template?
Scenario: I have a custom field with 3 different values, I need to send Issue Created notification to different groups of users based on the value selected on the custom field.
I would not like to create 3 custom events so I was thinking about groovy runner listener "send custom email" but I would like to use the standard Issue Created template (I don't want to define a custom template for the notification).
