I have just purchased a download copy of Greenhopper plugin. Using Administrator rights I have downloaded the plugin into JIRA. However it appears that the plugin cannot be enabled.

The JIRA version we have is 4.4.4.

The Greenhopper plugin version is 5.10.1

Can you assist please?

You need uninstall Greenhopper and then install a version compatible with Jira 4.4.4 which is version 5.8.7.

Is this the message you get when you tried enabling greenhopper through the admin manage plugin screen? If so, I might try restarting Jira to get a clean environment and see what happens.
