Greenhopper issue types like epic or story are missing in my installation

After installation of greenhopper (and perhaps looking around and "playing" a little with greenhopper-configuration) there are no special issue types like epic, or story, which should have been installed with greenhopper. I am not sure if the have been there because we had a testing system to evaluate greenhopper ;-(

Is there anything I can do in place of reinstallation the whole jira-system an migrating projects to the new one?

Uninstalling an re-installing of greenhopper had no effect.

I postet a support request, which has been answered under:

Somebody had deleted those custom fields. With some Database-hacks which are described in the above support-case we could fix it.

I can't view your link. Can you please put the information regarding what needs to be done in the database as a comment here?

Are you sure you added the greenhopper issue types to your schemas and workflows for your projects and enabled greenhopper for your projects? If greenhopper is enabled for your project, the issue types should be available to use.
