Greenhopper cannot access server

After 5 or so minutes of inactivity in Greenhopper the Agile tab shows Cannot connect to server. You then have to click Agile and it refreshes the screen. This is a major annoyance as we are in and out throughout the day.

Any ideas?

Probably best to raise a support request for this one. I have a feeling the support engineers will want to take a look at the logs.

Hi Jennifer,

Maybe its your JIRA timeout setting, can you try increase the timeout rater:

Changing the default session timeout

If this is not the case, does this only happen for GH or for both GH and JIRA? Is this reproducible using another browser?

We are only seeing this with GH and it happens in both Chrome and Firefox.
