This plugin you have installed on JIRA is for Confluence, not JIRA -

If you would like a JIRA version, then contact us at info@appfusions.com and we will deploy.

It is not plug and play like this Confluence ones due to some constraints on the JIRA side making it less easy - so we have not yet released it, but can deploy.
