Gliffy plugin isn't accessible

I have to enable Gliffy in my account (monthly test), but can't set access for my users to this plugin. There is no such plugin in the "Application access".

You do not need to add application access for the Gliffy add-on/plugin - it will be available to your users when they go to create/edit an issue. You can check out the two-minute videos at the links below to get started:
