I have a "restart" transition in my workflow that has TTS plugin attached.
The restart transition bring the JIRA ticket from ANY state back to Not Started which is where issues originate.
However, getting issues back to Not Started remove the SLA widget from the ticket. If I change the status from Not Started to something else, those transition work.
Do I need to update my setting on plugin how things are setup? I can send you images of how my setup is, transition etc.
There has been some changes in community, and we do not keep notified about this post.
Actually, the info provided is not enough to reproduce.
Could you please raise an issue in our ticket system with more details so that we can have a check?
