Getting 500 error when trying to navigate to Agile StoryMap

Downloaded Agile StoryMap to our hosted JIRA instance. It downloaded sucessfully and the 'Story Map' feature appears in the top main menu bar. When clicking 'Story Map', we're getting a 500 error.

Any help would be much appreciated.
