Get new trial periode


The company where I am currently employed has previously the Gantt Chart Trial. The Project Manager who requested the trial is no longer employed and his experience with the trial are unknown.

We currently are working on getting a GanttChart plugin for JIRA and to decided whether yours GanttChart plugin is the right for us we need a new trial period. Is this possible?

Hi Peter,

I'm not sure if that's possible. I recommend you to create a request to Customer Advocates (, they'll be able to answer your question and if possible they will provide a new trial license.

Thanks for the answer. Found a solution to renew the trial.

You can just delete the expired evaluation license key within JIRA's UPM (manage add-ons), reload the page and click on "get free trial" to retrieve another evaluation license key via Atlassian's Marketplace. Due to obvious reasons, Atlassian counts that in order to avoid unlimited retries.
