Get Information from Confluence with Script Runner (JIRA)

I link a JIRA ticket to a Confluence Wiki Page and would like to get text from that Wiki Page to use it as template in the JIRA Comment. Is it possible to archieve this task with Script Runner? And how?

Hi Vau

I would recommend you do this via applinks. You should read more about it here. It's a bit tough to setup, but the simplest example shows how to make rest calls. After you setup the applink, check out the Conlfuence REST API documentation to learn how to fetch the content of a page.
