We have JSU installed on our instance, and use the "Copy Value From Other Field" post function. When the correct transition is made, the comment added during that transition is copied to the linked ticket. This setup works correctly, but the question I have is with the notification scheme. I adjusted the notification scheme on the desk receiving the copied comment so that the "Reporter" is in every section. When the copied comment is added to the ticket no notifications are fired, even though you can track the history on the ticket and see that it was added correctly.
Has anyone had any success with a copied comment (or field) generating an email notification when it is updated? Or does JSU make the update in a way that bypasses the notification?
In my testing I have also placed the "Copy Value From Other Field" post function in every position, but still have no luck.
