Hi Robert,

You can't add milestones or subtasks directly in Gantt Cloud Add-on nor import or export MS Project file. To do so, please refer to JIRA Cloud manual or contact with Atlassian Support directly in case of any problems.

Hi Adrian, I am very confused then as Atlassian advsied me to contact you for help. How do I then add a project plan JIRA?

Gantt Cloud is only responsible for rendering the charts from whatever data you already have in JIRA. So, you have to configure and then add your data there first. In other words, making a project plan is not Gantt Cloud task but you can see the plan there once it gets created in JIRA.

To find out more of what Gantt Cloud add-on can actually do, please check our documentation.

Hi Adrian, thanks for your help. I have looked over the document and the first step is too " accessed through JIRA Projects menu, via Gantt Charts link" which I do not have. Why is this? I have a project menu but the Gantt chart link ius not there?

Did you installed the add-on at all? Give me your JIRA url so I can check that.

Im not sure, i thought it was already installed!! if you can check and let me know. URL is https://waemeipr.atlassian.net

Hi Robert, Gantt Cloud add-on isn't installed on this JIRA instance. To install it, follow the instructions on the Marketplace add-on page: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/eu.wisoft.gantt-ondemand

Ok thanks Adrian, i will gibe it a go.
