Filter : Issuetype CHANGE FROM "Ticket" TO "Story"

I wanna to do a new filter whit this informations:

issuetype CHANGE FROM "Ticket" TO "Story" 

We need to know the date that the issue "Ticket" (service desk) change (move) to "Story" (Jira Software, another projetc).

Jira's native JQL can't do this.   The changed option is only available for specific fields, like status.  I am afraid that type or issuetype does not have this historically traceable via JQL.

That said, you might be able to do this with a plugin to Jira.  For example the JQL Tricks Plugin does appear to have a JQL function that can allow you to search for issues that have moved.   Their documentation in http://www.j-tricks.com/jql-tricks-plugin.html has some more details about the movedIssues([type],[From],[To]) function.
