Fields in creating the issue does not respect the issue of setting type

Good afternoon,

By creating an issue with the right vision of Project Portfolio Tracking, it does not respect the settings field performed for this type issue.

How can this be solved?

In time, I can not display the original column estimated. Is there any solution for this?

Hi Amanda,

are you sure, not having mixed Gantt-Chart vendors? I do not understand your question based on my "Gantt-Chart for JIRA" add-on. May be, you are using Soyatec's plugin? In that case, please contact them for support.
