Fail to log work on uneditable issuses

Hi,

There is an error occurred when JIRA users try to log work on a closed issue on which step I add workflow properties to forbid edit permission.

Hi,

if you want to allow users to log work in Tempo on an not editable issue, your workflow needs to include a reopen status (as it says in the error message).

When you are using this feature in Tempo, it overwrites the settings in JIRA. The Issue gets reopened, the work gets logged and then the Issue is closed again. This reopening and closing happens in the background and is not visible to the User.
