We get this exception when we try to open a report from the "Zephyr Reports"-plugin, any ideas?

We have some additional questions for you:
1) What version of Zephyr fo JIRA are you running?
2) The title you say you are running JIRA version 5.2.11 so we are going to assume this is correct.
3) Can you elaborate on what Zephyr Reports plugin is? The only plugins we at Zephyr have is "Zephyr for JIRA" and ZAPI. We are not sure what "Zephyr Reports" plugin is unless you are just referring to the Zephyr gadgets.
the Zephyr version is 188.8.131.5201482 anf Jira 5.2.11.
The Plugin i'm talking about is this one:
How can we investigate wheter this is a Jira-, Zephyr- or Zephyr-Reports bug and address the correct vendor?
The plugin you are referring too was not developed here at Zephyr. As well we do not know anything about the company that created that add on in JIRA. We suggest reaching out to the vendor of the plugin to see if they can assist. Since we did not create the plugin, there is not much we will be able to do.
