So far I like this plugin okapya.jira.checklist. However, when I search in Jira for issues that contain the Checklist field, and then I export the search result to Excel (Microsoft Excel for Mac 2011, Version 14.4.5 (141003)) the exported file cannot be read by Excel (Error messages is "Unable to read file") When I remove the checklist from the exported fields, file can be read by Excel with no problem. Work around so far is to use Mac Preview. Is there a workaround to allow the exported checklist column to be read by Excel?
Hi Kenneth,
The Excel export is performed by JIRA itself and not the plugin so the options are a little bit limited. Which version of the Checklist plugin are you using? And is it possible to attach a sample excel file to this topic so I can try to open it on Windows to see if I get the same problem?
Thank you!
