please delete the expired evaluation license key within the related input field inside Atlassian UPM, then reload the page to see the "try"-button again. Due to obvious reasons, Atlassian counts that but it shouldn't be a problem in your case I assume.
PS.: it is faster to use the menu item "support request" of -menu at the top of the Gantt Chart, automatically creating a related issue, instead of using Atlassian Answers. By default, all necessary environment infos are taken etc.
PPS.: update to my latest Gantt-Chart v3.1.8 if you have installed an older version.
