Escalation Fails

When trying to edit an escalation service it the attached appears every time. 

- Have refreshed 

 - Tried different web browsers 

- Cleared history etc Script Runner.PNG

Have you restarted your instance? I had a similar problem with behaviours and restarting the instance solved it.

Unfortunately this didn't resolve the issue, any other suggestions?
