Error rendering 'is.origo.jira.tempo-plugin:collaboratorsmodule'

I have upgraded jira from 4.4.3 to 5.06.
I see a few issues with this error under collaboratorsmodule

Error rendering 'is.origo.jira.tempo-plugin:collaboratorsmodule'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

Tempo version 7.2.1

Could yo help me to fix it?

Hi Marta,

Could you check the JIRA logs for any errors, and send us? You can create a support ticket in our puplic issue tracker: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/JTS/Getting+Help+and+Support

I notice you are using quite an old version of Tempo, and a similar problem was reported in an earlier version and then fixed. The latest released version of Tempo is 7.6.3, and has quite a few bug fixes and performance improvements .
