Degraded performance Customers may experience issues using Community search. Our team is investigating.
We just purchased and installed this add-on into our Prod environment, which resulted in the above error (screenshot below)...
Can you let me know what is causing this so I can rectify it...
The error you are seeing might be due to incomplete configuration of the plugin.
The first time you install the plugin, you have to go to Configuration page, which you can access from UPM by clicking the Configure/Get Started button.
On the Configuration page, you will see a Complete Configuration button on top, which when clicked, creates all the required components of the plugin. This will fix the error you are seeing now.
