As per the error code 503, it says "Service is unavailable". Can you be more precise about the error or share a log trace/screenshot that helps. Please check if you are able to access JIRA from the node where you are launching the utility to upload test cases.
We can handle this issue better if you can submit a case through our support ticketing system https://support.getzephyr.com. Please register and submit a case so that one of our support engineers will address the issue. By this we can exchange more information required through a dedicated channel to resolve the issue.

Swapna, the issue is resolved. I think there was some connectivity issues due to which we have the 503 error. we are able to load test cases today
