Error 'The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.' shown when attempting re-index of users issues.

When selecting Reindex issues and typing in any part of a username the following message is displayed:

The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

User is unable to reindex any issues for any users.

Actually I didn't understand what you meant by 'user was unable to reindex any issues for users'. Reindexing is system wide. What is the relation with users?

This is re-indexing for order disposition not Jira re-index...
