Epic report filter based on Epic Status in EazyBI

Carlos da Silva October 10, 2017

I want to create a report that shows me the amount of epics by user based on their priority in eazyBI.

So far I have:
-Selected Project as a page to filter only my project;
-Selected Issue Type as Pages to show only Epics;
-Assignee as a Column to show my entire team;
-Priority as a Row so I can stack all the different priority levels in a bar chart.

My problem is that now want to be able to see only the ones that are open.
Could I create a new calculated member for the Epics pages to filter out Epics with the field Epic Status not-done ? How?

Hi,

According to your title, you want a report that shows the Epics and their status, filtered by users.

You might want to try moving the following;

  • Measures to columns
  • Issue to rows
  • Project to pages
  • Logged by to pages

In Measures, select what is needed (Hours spent, Issue priority, Issue assignee, Issue status, etc). In Issues, select All Issues by epic. You should have something looking like this;

Maybe that'll help.
