When editing a drawing a text with a "-" symbol is displayed OK. After saving & exiting the drawing the "-" is converted to:

As registering on draw.io's JIRA platform is not possible, I request a fix here...

The label isn't HTML and the entity is. Select the cell and in the right hand "text" panel tick "formatted text".
